Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Kodiak, Alaska

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00), 70 guaranteed hours per 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Active Alaska Physical Therapy license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Willingness to float within scope to cover outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility settings
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Preferred experience with pediatrics and adolescents (not required)
