Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Kodiak, Alaska

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00). Guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period. Coverage includes outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility settings. No on-call or weekend requirements.

• Critical Access Hospital serving patients of all ages and diagnoses across multiple care settings
• Diverse clinical experience including outpatient, inpatient, SNF, wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties
• Facility-provided housing and rental vehicle included during assignment
• Work in a Level IV Trauma Center with 46 acute care beds and 22 long-term care beds
• Epic charting system with free parking provided
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience

Requirements:

• Valid Alaska Physical Therapy license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Willingness to float within scope across outpatient, acute care, and SNF settings
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Preferred experience with pediatrics and adolescents (not required)
