Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,499 to $2,699 per week in Everett, WA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• HCHB experience required
• One year of home health experience required

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Coverage area includes a 50+ mile radius from the office
• Productivity expectation of at least 30 points per week
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day
