Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This full-time position is based at a premier healthcare facility and involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. The role includes patient and caregiver education and requires working at the Willits Clinic in Basalt, Colorado. The schedule consists of rotating shifts, typically 4 days per week, with no weekends.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days per week, weekdays will vary, with a rotating shift schedule, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in physical therapy; current Colorado physical therapy licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado; at least two years of physical therapy experience (3-5 years preferred); BLS certification through the American Heart Association; flu vaccination mandatory from October 1st through April 1st.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires that the traveler's permanent address is at least 75 miles from the facility. Out-of-state agencies must register with the Colorado Department of Human Services and ensure proper licensing and documentation. Candidates must verify Social Security number and date of birth in Medefis to prevent onboarding issues.
