Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Silt, Colorado. This position involves evaluating patients and developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses. The healthcare provider will focus on improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. The role offers a flexible schedule with four days of work per week, allowing for time to enjoy outdoor activities in the mountains and slopes.

Job Details:

Schedule: Working 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week, with days varying.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado, at least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred, BLS certification through the American Heart Association, Flu vaccination (mandatory, no declinations accepted) required from October 1st through April 1st.
Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility. Applicants must apply promptly as processing times for certain requirements may take up to two weeks. Proper documentation, including SS# and DOB, must be accurately entered in the system to avoid delays.
