Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health |Full-Time | Arizona | Nevada | California

Billet Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing Home Health team. This full-time travel position serves patients throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California, providing individualized therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes.

As a Physical Therapist with Billet Health, you will play an essential role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life while working alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility interventions, and manual therapy techniques
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Travel throughout assigned territories within Arizona, Nevada, and California

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona, Nevada, and California (we can also help obtain license if needed)
• Home Health experience preferred
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Current TB test (skin test within one year or chest X-ray within five years)
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
