The role involves contributing to inventory management. You will ensure safe, high quality, and efficient patient care through medication management. Collaboration with pharmacy team members is essential. You will utilize various pharmacy technologies and automation. The technician will prepare sterile compounds under appropriate processes and procedures. The ideal candidate must be team-motivated, pay high attention to detail, and be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Travelers are required to float as needed. The position involves variable weekends per request. A telemetry exam will be required prior to the start of the assignment. The candidate must pass strict passing criteria on the telemetry exam. Passing scores of 80% or higher are required on both adult and pediatric exams. If the traveler fails, a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course will be necessary for re-attempt. Failure to pass after three attempts will result in cancellation of the assignment.
