Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within a hospital pharmacy department at a 431-bed acute care facility
• Utilize Meditech documentation system and DoseEdge/Pyxis ES dispensing equipment to support safe medication management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support Trauma, Stroke, and Surgical Services
• Ensure accurate medication dispensing, order verification, and compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Maintain active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License (in good standing)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech documentation and DoseEdge/Pyxis ES systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Exposure to Trauma, Stroke, or Surgical Services pharmacy support
• Familiarity with Meditech, DoseEdge, and Pyxis ES platforms
