Job Details
- Position: Pharmacist
- Location: Cincinnati, OH
- Start Date: 10/26/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks, with potential for extension
- Shift: Evenings
- Schedule: 4×10s or 5×8s
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Training: Day shift
- Department: Med Surg Pharmacy – Main
- EMR: Epic
- Interview: In-person preferred; video possible
Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy — Required
- Ohio Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure — Required
- 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience — Required
- Large, academic hospital experience
- Epic experience
- Sterile compounding experience, including overseeing/checking sterile products
- Order verification and medication dose checking
- Pyxis experience
- IV room experience
- Experience with ECMO and CRRT
- Antibiotic dosing and clinical consult experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
