Seven Healthcare are seeking a Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. As a pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective medication management for patients. This role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a license from the state pharmacy board.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist- Accept and dispense prescription medications
- Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns
- Ensure the supply of medicines is within the law
- Verify the suitability of prescribed medicines for patients
- Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy files
- Advise patients about medicines, including usage and possible reactions
- Provide consultation on medication storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Offer services such as smoking cessation and blood pressure management
- Educate patients on medical device handling
- Compound medications for external or internal use
- Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures
- Supervise pharmacy staff members
- Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
- Identify and communicate patient drug-related problems with healthcare practitioners
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists
Requirements of the Pharmacist- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
- Licensed by the state pharmacy board
