Join our team as a Pediatric MICU Registered Nurse in Boston, MA, where your skills and experience will make a significant impact on the lives of critically ill children. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
Manage ventilator support, inotropic therapy, and central line care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Float to CICU, MSICU, and NICU as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience, including ventilator management.
Current certifications required: BLS, PALS.
First-timers accepted.
No on-call requirement.
Availability for E/O weekend or every third weekend with minimal RTO.
Rotating or permanent off shift options available.
Local candidates are welcome; rate differential applies within 50 miles of the facility.
