Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for delivering pediatric emergency care in a hospital environment, including patient assessment, treatment, and coordination of care for pediatric patients across multiple specialties.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multistate license, Pediatric Emergency Room experience within the previous 15 months, Pediatric experience within the last 24 months, Certification in TNCC, BLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA), and at least 24 months of pediatric or pediatric emergency room experience.
- Schedule: Evenings shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with electronic medical systems such as EPIC within the previous 12 months. No first-time travelers; prior completion of at least one travel contract within the last 18 months is required. Pediatric specific skills checklists must be met.
