Description

American Traveler is hiring a PCU/Surgical Stepdown RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring floating to multiple campuses and units.

Details

• PCU/Surgical Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
• Cares for PCU-level patients, including floating to ED holding/ETC and other units with PCU patients
• 12-hour night shift schedule
• Required to work every other weekend
• Floating required to other campuses in Lake Placid and Wauchula, as well as within the hospital to other units

Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification

Additional Information

• Provide care for PCU/stepdown patients across the hospital and affiliate campuses
• COVID vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate with no radius rule
• Former permanent employees must have a 90-day break in service before returning as a traveler
