Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring recent telemetry/PCU specialty experience and a Missouri or compact RN license.

Details

  • Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 7:15
  • 13-week assignment length
  • Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed

Requirements

  • Active Missouri and Kansas or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
  • 2 years of recent PCU/telemetry specialty experience required, including a full year within the past 12 months with no employment gaps greater than 90 days
  • 2 professional references required: one supervisor-level or above and one charge RN, both from within the past year
  • SSN, RTO, and scheduling requests required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Must be willing to float between departments, units, and facilities as needed; unwillingness to do so may result in cancellation
  • Maximum RTO request of 7 days
  • Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be accepted
  • Travel partners are not accepted
  • Facility may offer the position without an interview, though accommodations for a manager interview may be possible
