Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a PCU/MedSurg float position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications with a compact or PA RN license.

Details

Float position covering both PCU and MedSurg departments
Night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No block scheduling available
No on-call requirements
Each floor has 25 beds
PCU patient ratio is 5:1 and MedSurg ratio is 7:1
Uses Meditech EMR system
Requires working every other weekend and holiday

Requirements

Active RN license (Compact or PA) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Additional Information

Care for patients across both PCU and MedSurg units as needed
Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis
