Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Step-Down RN for a night-shift telemetry/PCU position requiring 2 years of recent specialty experience and NIH Stroke Certification.

Details

• Works in the Cardiac Step-Down / Progressive Care Unit (E5)
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Hospital-based acute care setting

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiac step-down or telemetry care
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications current, with no expirations within 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to cardiac step-down and telemetry patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered if experience requirements are met
