    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Clyde, North Carolina, 28721!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – ICU (Nights)

    Location

    Clyde, NC | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 14 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed ICU unit with a 2:1 patient ratio, serving an adult population
    • Manage and monitor patients presenting with conditions such as sepsis, COPD exacerbation, hypotension urgency, and hypertension urgency
    • Document patient assessments and care plans accurately using the Paragon EHR system
    • Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of standard scheduling expectations
    • Occasionally float to the PCU as unit needs require
    • Maintain compliance with all facility dress code standards, including navy scrubs and professional appearance guidelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
    • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required
    • BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU nursing experience
    • Expected weekly hours: 36 hours per week
    • No on-call requirements
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
    • Familiarity with Paragon or similar EHR platforms
    • Experience caring for adult ICU patients with complex, acute diagnoses
    • Comfort with floating to step-down or PCU environments
