**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - PCU** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information: ICU Stepdown (637)** - **Location:** Englewood, CO - **Number of Beds:** 20 - **Staffing:** - 40 total staff - Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Nurses, 3 PCTs - Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Nurses, 2 PCTs - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 - **Equipment Used:** Tele, transport monitors, suction, feeding pumps, trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, heated high flow, chest tubes, Foley catheters, pacer wires, IV pumps, SCD pumps - **EMR:** Meditech - **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Minimum 1 year current PCU experience - BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications - **Preferred Skills:** - Extensive neuro experience - Cardiac experience - **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Chest tube placement and removal - Pacer wire removal - 12 lead EKGs - IV drips: Heparin, Tikosyn, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Lasix, Ketamine - **Ideal Candidate:** - A great team player - High energy and enthusiasm - **Why Choose This Unit:** - Fast-paced and challenging cardiac unit - Part of a cardiac center for excellence - High acuity level **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
