• Day Shift Staffing: 2 Clinical Nurse Coordinators/Charge Nurses, 11 Registered Nurses, 4 Certified Nursing Assistants, 1 Health Unit Coordinator
• Night Shift Staffing: 2 Clinical Nurse Coordinators/Charge Nurses, 11 Registered Nurses, 4 Certified Nursing Assistants, 1 Health Unit Coordinator

Required Skills & Certifications

• Mandatory:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • Neuro and Trauma Care experience
• Preferred:
  • Neuro and Trauma Care experience

Typical Procedures Performed

• Neuro and spinal checks
• C-Collar placement, TLSO brace application
• Chest tube management, PCA pump administration, IV infusions
• Lumber drain insertion
• Feeding tube placement
• Blood transfusion management

Work Schedule

Every other weekend is required.
