General Information Patient Ratios: 4:1 at grid, 5:1 stretched Typical Equipment: IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, chest tubes, tracheostomies, patient lifts Electronic Medical Records: Cerner Qualifications Required Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS Must-Have Skills: Experience in Neuro and Trauma Care Preferred Skills: Neuro and Trauma Care experience Responsibilities Typical procedures performed include: Neuro and spinal checks C-Collar placement, TLSO braces Chest tube management, PCA pump, IV infusions Lumbar drain procedures Feeding tube placement Blood transfusions Personality Fit Ideal candidates will be team players with a strong patient focus.
