Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a progressive care unit (PCU). This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The candidate will need to bring at least 2 years of nursing experience, particularly in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU.
Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about health management and care procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Respond promptly to patient inquiries and needs.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Location

Position based in a dynamic healthcare environment in City, State.

Schedule

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
