Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit / ICU StepDown position requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent PCU experience.

Details

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Cares for PCU/Med-Surg level patients on standard drips, excluding insulin and vasopressors
• Required to work 2 weekend shifts per 2-week period
• Minimal floating expected

Requirements

• Active RN license (TX or Compact) required
• NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS) required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU/ICU StepDown experience required
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
