Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring TX or compact RN licensure and NIH Stroke Certification.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in PCU or related specialty required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for FL and MO candidates)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to progressive care/telemetry level patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered
