Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to recognize changes in patient condition
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and clinical support skills
• Comfort working night shift travel nursing assignments in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients with varying acuity levels
• Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and support treatment plans
• Collaborate with the charge nurse, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain safe, organized workflows
• Support unit needs by floating to other PCU or telemetry areas when required
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative environment focused on patient safety and quality care
