Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission; compact license accepted if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Charge nurse experience required
• Prior U.S. clinical experience required
• Experience with Epic charting required
• ACLS and NIHSS required
• Experience caring for PCU, telemetry, med-surg, or step-down patients preferred
• Ability to manage patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6 based on acuity
• Willingness to float between assigned units as needed
• Ability to work required holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to PCU and step-down patients with varying acuity levels
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Administer medications and therapies according to the plan of care and clinical standards
• Manage telemetry and support complex patient needs across multiple units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care
• Serve in charge nurse capacity when assigned, including staffing support, coordination, and patient flow
• Float to PCU, MS/Tele, and med-surg areas based on facility needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication using Epic EHR
• Promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment
