Position Overview

This is an outpatient orthopedic PTA opportunity working with patients across a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
• Work with orthopedic, injury and post-operative patients
• Strength, balance, mobility and flexibility training
• Assist patients with progression toward functional goals
• Reinforce home exercise programs and patient education
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists and the rehabilitation team
