Position Description:
Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services. Ensures design of functional treatment programs and serves as an educator to patients, families, and staff. Maintains behaviors consistent with the organizations mission and core values, including safety and confidentiality.
