Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of current orthopedic RN or medical-surgical experience in a hospital setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Orthopedic and spine experience preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Energetic, empathetic, and adaptable approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic and neuro patients
• Monitor patients recovering from total joint procedures and spine surgery
• Support patients using immobilizers, braces, and cold therapy equipment
• Collaborate with charge nurses, techs, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient assessments in the EMR
• Deliver safe, compassionate care while supporting efficient unit workflow
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment
