• Patient Ratios: 1:5 RN days and nights (max 1:6 when necessary)
• Type of Equipment: Mobility lifts, Chest Tubes, Hemavac Drains, Wound Vacs, JP drains, PCA, Foley
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Skills:

• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital experience in Orthopedics

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Orthopedics/Trauma
• Medical/Surgical nursing experience is acceptable

Typical Procedures Performed

• Drain removal
• PICC line placements in collaboration with the Infusion team
