Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Circulator for an Operating Room position requiring at least 3 years of OR experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Operating Room unit with 6 operating rooms
• Supports a wide range of surgical services including general surgery, bariatrics, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, plastics, urology, and select vascular cases
• 13-week assignment
• Shift hours 06:30-15:00
• On-call obligation required

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room circulator experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process from preparation through recovery
• Ensure the operating room is properly prepared with necessary equipment and supplies
• Verify patient identity and procedure prior to surgery
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment throughout procedures
