Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15). Weekend coverage required. On-call distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks, up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period including nights, evenings, and weekends (8-hour shifts). May need to cover one additional night shift within contract as needed.

• Daily census of approximately 25 surgical cases across multiple specialties

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent OR nursing experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required with demonstrated competency in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Experience with diverse surgical specialties including orthopedics (total joints and trauma), neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general surgery, GU, and GYN
• Proficiency with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and other advanced surgical equipment preferred
• Ability to float to sister facilities as needed
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
