Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room Neuro position requiring compact or IA state RN licensure and on-call availability.

Details

Operating Room setting focused on neurological surgical cases
13-week assignment with a 06:30-15:00 shift schedule
On-call required every 6th weekend
On-call required one night per week
Included in holiday rotation

Requirements

Active RN license (Compact or IA state license required)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
NIHSS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant OR experience required

Additional Information

Provide perioperative nursing care for neurosurgical patients in the Operating Room
Holiday coverage required as part of scheduled rotation
Local candidates accepted in select states, subject to radius requirements
Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most locations
