Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN with strong neurosurgery experience for a 13-week assignment requiring call coverage.

Details

Operating Room unit specializing in neurosurgery cases
Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 15:00
Requires 10-15 days of call per month for neurosurgery call coverage
Call rotation includes every 3rd weekend

Requirements

Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS and NIHSS
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Strong neurosurgery experience required

Additional Information

Provide perioperative nursing care for neurosurgical patients
Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most locations, with some facilities requiring 50-90 miles depending on location
Local candidates may be considered depending on state, though certain facilities do not accept local candidates regardless of state
