Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at a Level 1 trauma center, requiring prior travel and trauma OR experience.

Details

• Operating Room setting within a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center
• 10-hour day shift schedule, 4 shifts per week
• No block scheduling available
• Weekend shifts required (4 per month)
• Holiday coverage required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Level 1 trauma center OR experience required
• High rating on skills checklist required, including neuro and vascular competencies
• Experience in high-volume hospitals managing complex and diverse cases required
• Proven success in high-pressure, large-scale trauma environments
• Proficiency with Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard applications required
• Must have personal electronic device to access required scheduling and communication apps

• Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel rate
