Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Travel | Concord, NC

Assignment Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in the Operating Room for a travel assignment. The role involves providing surgical care across various specialties within a Level 3 Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in circulating a range of complex cases and possess a strong ability to work independently during night shifts.

  • Shift Details: Night shift contract; various based on needs (7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p)
  • Assignment Length: Not provided
  • Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable)
  • Local Candidate Policy: Must live 50 miles outside of the home unit

Responsibilities

  • Assist in surgeries across multiple specialties including trauma, ortho, spine, heart, and more
  • Adapt to various case types and be flexible with night shift demands
  • Maintain OR standards and support the surgical team effectively

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of OR experience
  • NC RN license
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience circulating in trauma, ortho, spine, vascular, and robotics surgeries
  • Charge RN experience and scrubbing proficiency

Preferred:

  • CNOR Certification
  • Ability to perform laparoscopic and open belly cases
  • Experience with ortho trauma, cysto, vascular, and robotics
