Start Date: October 20, 2026

Location: Olympia, Washington

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Days (06:30 - 17:00), 40 hours of orientation provided

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a 325-bed short-term acute care facility
• General surgical operating room with diverse case mix including thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, urology, and trauma procedures
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Scrub experience required for this position
• Opportunity to work with advanced surgical technologies including cell saver, laser, and electrosurgical units
• One pre-approved time off period available during assignment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Community hospital experience required; Trauma Level II experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Proficiency in scrubbing thoracic, ENT, general, arthroscopic, orthopedic, urology, and trauma surgeries
• Experience with procedures including laparoscopic cases, total joint replacements, spinal fusions, thoracotomies, and various general surgical procedures
• Knowledge of fire safety, laser safety, radiation safety, infection control, and specimen handling protocols
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
