Night Shift – on Call team
Patient Ratios – 1:1
Type of equipment – All Types, Belmont rapid infusion
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital experience
BLS & ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Able to function in multiple service lines
Meditech experience
Transplant and spine experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Spine, General, GYN, Endoscopy, Plastics, Cardiac
Best personality Fit:
Good teamwork with providers and staff
Patient care experience is a priority

30 minute response time is required for on-call
Call will vary between 1st, 2nd and 3rd call mixed with weekdays and weekends. This is over an 8 week period and the last scheduled RN's had 7-8 shifts but the number can vary
