Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a 16-week hospital assignment requiring an active GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Fixed shift with no alternate schedule requests permitted
• Travel pairs will not be assigned to the same shift on the same unit

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Copies of required certifications must be provided for consideration
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred; charge nurse references not accepted

Additional Information

• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate
• Returning travelers must have been away from all facilities within this health system for one full year to be eligible to return
• Travelers previously unable to return to a specific facility must complete one successful assignment elsewhere before rebooking at a new location
• Maximum of 7 days RTO, which must be submitted with the application
• RTO cannot be requested during the first week of the assignment
• Holiday coverage is required; no holiday RTO can be requested if one or two major holidays fall during the assignment, and only one holiday RTO request may be reviewed if three major holidays occur
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
