Job Summary
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) OR Travel assignment located at the facility. This role involves demonstrating critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care within the operating room environment. The RN works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical team members to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient surgical services, adhering to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, hours from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); 2 or more years of experience with expertise in Orthopedics, Neurology, Robotics, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, or Gynecology; Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR).
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, starting 10/26/2026 and ending 01/25/2027.
• Additional Information: The RN should be willing to float between campuses as needed. AHCA fingerprinting is required for all Florida travelers prior to start date. The position is for a single vacancy and involves providing high-quality patient care and supporting the surgical team throughout various procedures.
