Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care setting, including evaluation and treatment across multiple specialties
- May float between a Level I Trauma facility (600+ beds) and a Level III Trauma facility (200+ beds) as needed
- Work five days per week on day shifts, with schedules that may vary and include weekend days
- Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment
- Maintain an active, unrestricted Arizona OT license throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of occupational therapy experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona OT license in hand — verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel therapy experience is highly preferred
- Multi-specialty acute care knowledge and experience
- Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
