Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients within a rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Participate in weekend coverage as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, five days per week including weekends
- Must be available to start immediately
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Arizona state license already active and in good standing prior to start
