    Job Title

    Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Contract / Travel)

    Location

    San Antonio, Texas

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract (Travel) | 13-Week Assignment | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Full-Time | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatient rehabilitation patients
    • Deliver activities of daily living (ADL) training and standard inpatient rehabilitation treatments
    • Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including H200/L300 and BURT systems as part of patient care
    • Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately using Meditech EMR
    • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary therapy and nursing team on a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
    • Participate in weekend coverage with a minimum of 2 weekends per 4-week period required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing
    • Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
    • Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation principles and practices
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a therapy team
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous hands-on experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
    • Demonstrated initiative and strong clinical knowledge specific to inpatient rehab
    • Willingness and availability to work weekend shifts
