Key Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient rehabilitation occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neurological and orthopedic patients
- Provide acute care occupational therapy evaluations and treatments across orthopedic, telemetry, and ICU settings
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Meditech electronic documentation system
- Adhere to facility floating policy and be available to float to other units as needed
- Work two weekend shifts per month with a corresponding weekday off
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license — temporary licenses are not accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital experience
- Experience with inpatient rehab OT including neuro and orthopedic patient populations
- Ability to comply with facility floating policy and attendance requirements
- Must be available to start no later than 8:00 AM
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital settings
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) or brain injury certifications
