    Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehab

    Location

    San Antonio, Texas

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time 8:00 AM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Two Weekend Shifts per Month

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform inpatient rehabilitation occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neurological and orthopedic patients
    • Provide acute care occupational therapy evaluations and treatments across orthopedic, telemetry, and ICU settings
    • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Adhere to facility floating policy and be available to float to other units as needed
    • Work two weekend shifts per month with a corresponding weekday off
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license — temporary licenses are not accepted
    • Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital experience
    • Experience with inpatient rehab OT including neuro and orthopedic patient populations
    • Ability to comply with facility floating policy and attendance requirements
    • Must be available to start no later than 8:00 AM
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2–3 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital settings
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
    • NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) or brain injury certifications
