    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform ADL evaluations and provide occupational therapy treatments across adult and pediatric acute inpatient units, ICUs, and acute inpatient rehab programs
    • Complete clinical documentation justifying next level of care in a timely and thorough manner
    • Manage an expected caseload of approximately 9 evaluations per day and 16 treatments per day
    • Cover a broad range of patient populations including trauma, neuro, ortho, general med/surg, oncology, stroke, and pediatric and adult inpatient rehab
    • Collaborate with rehab aides and COTAs as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Participate in weekend and holiday rotation with core staff; comp days are scheduled accordingly
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) state license required prior to credentialing
    • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
    • Strong ADL evaluation and clinical documentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays in rotation; self-scheduling is not available
    • Must be able to clock in and out at the facility for all shifts
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in acute inpatient, ICU, and/or acute inpatient rehabilitation settings with adult and pediatric populations
    • Familiarity with stroke specialty programs, trauma care, and same-day discharge joint programs
    • Demonstrated flexibility and strong teamwork skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments
