Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour shifts, with some flexibility to reach expected 40 hours/week) | No weekend or holiday requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a general outpatient orthopedic population, including pediatric and hand therapy cases
- Perform re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans to reflect patient progress
- Provide manual therapy and other evidence-based interventions as appropriate
- Manage a caseload of approximately 9–12 patients per day
- Collaborate with rehab aides and appointment coordinators to ensure smooth front-to-back delivery of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; clock in and out at the facility as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) state license required prior to start
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, including internships; first-time travelers welcome
- Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a local pay rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred
- Experience in pediatrics, neuro, or lymphedema management
- Dry needling certification or training
- Comfort working in a duo/team therapist arrangement
