Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence, function, and daily living skills
Implement evidence-based occupational therapy techniques and activities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document patient care and therapy outcomes accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active OT
