Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence, function, and daily living skills
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy techniques and activities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care and therapy outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
- Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT
