Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence, function, and daily living skills
  • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy techniques and activities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient care and therapy outcomes accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
  • Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT
