Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using facility EMR system (ProTouch)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
  • Float to additional units within the facility as operationally required

Required Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Nevada
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience working in an acute care or LTACH setting
  • Ability to float to additional units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
  • Familiarity with ProTouch or similar EMR systems
  • Previous travel therapy assignment experience
