    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in St. Louis, Missouri, 63141!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Med Surg / Telemetry Short Stay (4x12 Nights)

    Location

    Saint Louis, MO | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 4x12-hour shifts | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform direct patient care activities for adult patients across a mixed Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Monitor cardiac telemetry and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes and comfort
    • Maintain patient ratios of approximately 4–6:1 in a 50% Medical / 50% Telemetry environment
    • Float as needed to a similar or lower acuity unit
    • Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR
    • Adhere to all facility dress code standards; required scrub color is black
    Required Qualifications
    • Current RN license — must meet eligibility criteria for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently hold a Missouri RN license
    • BLS certification from AHA only
    • ACLS certification from AHA only
    • NIHSS certification required
    • Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry nursing experience
    • Flu vaccination (or facility-approved exemption) required for assignments running November 1 – April 1; declinations are not accepted
    • Must be available the entire first week for orientation, which takes place on day shift
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with EPIC EMR
    • Background working with a mixed Medical/Surgical and Telemetry adult patient population
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented, patient-centered approach
