    Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Telemetry)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Rotating Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an ICU Float Pool capacity, with utilization across ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
    • Float as needed between ICU and PCU based on unit staffing needs
    • Rotate shifts on a scheduled basis, alternating between day and night shifts approximately every 4 weeks
    • Administer and document patient care in accordance with facility protocols using EPIC
    • Complete a mandatory telemetry competency assessment on the first day of assignment; passing is required to continue the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
    • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • Minimum 2–5 years of ICU experience required
    • EPIC experience required
    • Candidates must not currently be, or have recently been, employed at this facility within the past 6 months (including permanent, per diem, or travel roles) to be eligible
    • Local candidates are not being considered for this position
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
    • Previous travel nursing experience preferred
